A total of 20 units went to settlement in December and half of the 14 units under contract received their offer in the month. This number of settlements is the lowest since February when just 18 units sold...more after the jump.
I think that must be including condos other than in the Shirlington Village Condo as we had 11 sales here last year. Could you clarify the stats?
