Saturday Le Village Marche is pleased to feature the exclusive creations of Old Town Alexandria jewelry designer Melissa Emerick. Her style has been called "classic and sophisticated with a feminine twist". Each original piece features semi-precious stones, crystals, vintage beads and Italian glass. Melissa will be on site to provide design consultations and discuss special commissions. A portion of the proceeds from this show will be donated to the Pentagon Memorial Fund.

Samuel beckett's irish Gastro Pub is a new Irish pub located at 2800 Sth Randolph St, Arlington Virginia 22206. They are the newest addition to Shirlington Village. Beckett's is owned by Mark Kirwan from County Tipperary, Ireland. The pub is due to open in October 2010. The entire interior and facade is manufactured by an Irish company. If you like a great pint, great food, and great atmosphere then they are the place to come to. They look forward to being your stepping stone to Ireland.
